RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for your business. We adore every UNP' customer, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We are here to help you with any item that is having a quality problem for you to return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original package. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will refund you based on what we negotiated. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error
We cannot accept returns of certain items that have been used for a refund.
At Unipharmpro, we offer a six-month warranty for product replacement. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. A replacement can be made for the same product but not the same batch.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Canceled orders or address errors
E-mail notice is accepted as the only way of canceling or addressing orders. The notice must be sent to us at least 20 days before shipment.
