Who is Suitable for 5-HTP Powder?

Applicable population:

1. Depressive patients

In a Swiss study, one group of depressive patients took 100 mg of 5-HTP three times a day, while the other group took 150 mg offluvoxamine (one of SSRIS). From week 2 to week 6, people who took 5-HTP seemed to make more progress than those who took prescription antidepressants. In fact, known studies are convinced that it can be the best alternative to antidepressant prescriptions.
